At Exeter Medical we continually strive to improve our services and your feedback is important to us.
We do this in a number of ways, through consultation with patients, and by listening to patient feedback on our services. Our staff love to hear when they’ve done well and, whilst giving the best treatment and care is their job, they still like to hear when a patient is happy with the care they’ve received.
If you have a view on how a service or aspect of care can be improved we would like to hear from you. We read all comments and pass on both the compliments and the concerns to the relevant staff. We also hold regular management meetings where patient feedback is discussed and recorded.
If you are happy to provide some quick feedback on your experience at Exeter Medical please click on either the ‘NHS patient’ or ‘private patient’ buttons to fill out a simple survey and let us know who we have done. Feedback is provided anonymously.
Just fill out our feedback form when you visit. The form is available from reception and you can just hand your completed form back to one of the team.

The NHS site allows you to comment (anonymously if you wish) on your experience and give our services ratings that can be viewed by future patients. Giving your feedback on an NHS service does not require registration with the NHS Choices website but you will need to provide an email address so they can contact you if there are any problems.
