A variety of dermal fillers are available. When injected, they plump up lines and creases from the underside using substances that are found naturally in the supporting layer of the skin.
Generally this form of treatment is best suited to lines on the cheeks and around the mouth, and the effect is maintained for a variable length of time depending upon which filler is used. Dermal fillers can also be used for lip enhancement.
Our satisfied clients comments:
“I always wanted to get rid of the deep lines (under my cheeks) from my nose to my mouth. They aged me and I felt that they didn’t belong on my face. I had heard about fillers but was worried about having something injected into my face.
When I met Tracey she showed me the injection and put some of the filler onto my hand. That was the moment I decided to go ahead with the treatment. The filler is just a clear liquid, very soft and not at all what I thought it would be. I made an appointment at Exeter Medical for the next week. The treatment was very quick and relatively pain free – but the results were amazing. I looked in the mirror and I had my face back. The years had gone with the lines and I felt fantastic.
I had the treatment at 11 am and picked up my children from school at 3.15 pm. My friends didn’t see any bruising or redness; they just saw my new fresh face. The treatment took away the years and gave me back my confidence.
When I think of all the money I had spent on expensive creams and beauty products in one year it would more than cover the cost of the treatment.
Now one year on I have just had the treatment again. It really does last a year – so in the scheme of things it actually saves money and I look and feel good.”

“After quitting smoking, I wanted to get rid of the lines that had formed above my top lip after years of the habit.
I paid a visit to Exeter Medical for some treatment from Tracey, who understood my problem and looked after me in a very caring and professional manner treating me with some injections.
I have had two treatments so far, and was due for a further treatment last June but the results have been so good that I have been able to postpone the next treatment. Words cannot express how happy I am with the result.”
