Medicolegal Assessment
Mr Daniels will upon request of a Solicitor acting for a patient perform medico legal work. This forms three categories:
1. In response to injury or misadventure i.e. road traffic accident, fall or trauma resulting in abdominal surgery
2. As a consequence of surgery and the complications arising from surgery
3. As an expert trial witness on abdominal wall reconstruction of aspects of bowel surgery for cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, surgical misadventure.
